In February 2012, Tim Blixseth sued Cushman & Wakefield, the real estate appraisal firm, for more than $2 billion. The complaint, filed in federal court in Denver, accuses Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado and the Credit Suisse bank of fraud, RICO conspiracy charges, negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.
